In  addition to the school library being name the "Dr. Eugene P. Segro Memorial Library", two stained glass windows were installed inside the library itself. The stained glass windows were created by the "Fundamentals of Art Class" at the senior high school. These students had experienced first hand Dr. Segro's passion for public education as both an educator and administrator, having been students at the junior high. These windows have been an inspiring tribute to the man who felt every student was unique, special and had the potential to succeed at the highest level of achivement.

The dove represents freedom and the free spirt with a Forget-Me-Not flower.

The open book with blank pages represent unwritten pages in life.
